You oldtimers can use a few of those when you answer silly questions that we ask all the time....:D
 
This article is only on the OS side and does not include hardware problems (e.g. Is it plugged in?).
But as hardware is almost the same (PowerPC on old macs, Linux on aswell ARM) it is not needed to be split up like this.

Absolutely true, and the humour would probably only be apparent to some one who knows this stuff backwards. Also it was written by a programmer.
