How to delete Downloads in the Content Manager

I am sure this has been asked before but I couldnt find it, or maybe I missed it but how do you delete Content in the content manager that was from previous train siumlators like 2009, I now have 2012 and want to start over but the old content still shows up. And there is alot of it and I dont want any of it. Thanks so much to whoever can answer my question.

Select the stuff you dont want to have, right-click and selected "delete".

Note that you can re-use most of the stuff from previous versions when building new routes. To save yourself the trouble of having to re-download stuff, you could also choose for disabling the stuff you dont want right now; same procedure: Select, right-click and "disable".
