Coupling

Yes when coupling to a consist behind a signal the loco must come to a full stop before continuing at no more than walking pace to couple.
This is in line with railway regulations. Sometimes if your signaling is not right the loco will not continue, but even if you use the couple at trackmark command it will still come to a full stop about one hundred metres from the consist and then continue at walking pace. There are other commands on the DLS, such as couple behind signal, Couplz to "named vehicle" etc. But try waiting about half a minuite after the loco stops.
