how to change kind of assets

i want to change kind of few cars made by arraial .currently they appear in trackside items so they can be used in region files .but i want those cars also in scenry items so how can i do this
in ccp their kind is already scenry item same as in their config file
so plz tell me how can i change them to scenry item

Open the kuid for edit in Explorer and edit the config.txt file to delete these lines:
trackside 0.01
privileges
{
permit-listing 0
}
then save and commit.

Would this also work where an asset has been listed under a different kind and therefore will not accept the new update?
