How to add reflections to an asset in Blender for TRS2019

Hi all,
I was wondering, being a content creator myself, how can I get objects to have a shiny reflection in TRS2019? Could someone explain me, or pass an tutorial of how to do it? I already found the m.reflect tutorial on the official Trainz wikia page, but I can't get that figured out. Could someone please help me.

You may want to hold off on developing for a bit as the last update brought overpowering shininess to many assets of all types to TRS2019. Many assets became unusable because of the objectionable shine, and this m.reflect thing was a part of it, I believe. It's supposed to be fixed in the next update, whenever that is. So you don't want to learn something, then have to un-learn it later. The shininess issue has been a real pain.

Yes hold off on that for the moment until N3V have sorted out the m.reflect issues, it isn't working properly yet in TRS2019, neither is specular, which is I think why m.reflect is uncontrollable!
