You must use the Content Manager (CMP). After CMP opens, click File - Import CDP if the file extension is .cdp or click File - Import Content if it is a kuid folder. If the asset is in a .zip file, extract it first into a temp folder.
Well i am trying to find it but i cant seem to find it i have Trainz 2006 driver edition that i got form target awhile back. The only thing i have in the Auran folder is the game. Do you know where the CMP is at?

Unfortunately, Driver edition is a "watered Down" version of TRS2006 and you can't really add anything to it. It doesn't have CMP installed.
However, if you go back to Target and look in the $9.99 software, look for the Trainz railway simulator with the NS engine on the front. That is the full blown version of TRS2006.
There is even a thread on how to add the driver edition stuff to the full blown version of TRS2006.
Well, it's not as detailed as 2009 and the new 2010 are. (I started with Trainz: Driver, so I know what I'm talking about.) But 2006, is a great place to start. (Second to Driver, that is.)
Based off what I've seen in short videos of Trainz 2010. It's worth every penny, although they should have more realistic cars available for the built-in routes such as autoracks, modern tank cars, high cube boxcars, etcetera.
