How Long???.............

How long has it taken for some of you in the USA to recieve your order from Auran? I ordered TC3 on 7/16 and it is still not here! In the past when I have ordered stuff from Auran it has taken as little as 2 weeks to reach my house. I am beginning to wonder if my order got lost or something.

It took me about two months to get a delivery from Auran. The good news is that I did get it.

It was about 6 weeks iirc for the content creation CDs to make it to my house.

They contracted out the shipping bit so it seems to take a bit longer these days. The TC3 DVDs took three weeks, the TC1 took a week.

I needed TC3 for testing so downloaded it then passed one copy on.

When I ordered TC1&2, when it came out, I didn't get it until four months later.

My copy of TC3 took about 2-1/2 weeks after they stated it was shipped.

Hi Shane,

I am sorry to interrupt your thread but I was hoping you could help me with a problem I am having getting your 9000 series of engines to work. As you know I have purchased your disc for TRS04. Having updated my system (includes Vista) I am now finding your locomotives are not showing up in Railyard. You may contact me via e-mail if you wish so we can disucss this further.

Thanks for the replys. I think I will hold out for a couple of more weeks and if it has not come, then I will bug Auran about it.

I am at work at the moment and I think your problem can be solved pretty easily. You probably just need to download the updated versions of the locos. Send me a reminder via email so when I get home and can send you some links.
