How is this fixed?

I downloaded a passenger car and have the error: "Missing or invalid selection for tag 'nightmode' in 'traincar'". Can this be fixed? If so, how would I do that?

Make the nightmode tag 'lamp' (no quotes).

And please register your Trainz version via the 'Planet Auran' tab at the top of this page...

I have already registered my game. I registered prior to the forum upgrade but after the upgrade the game didn't show next to my avatar anymore.

Also tried what you said, assest is still found faulty.

Go into Planet Auran, and copy in your serial number under the appropriate program version you purchased.

Re: the tag,

Edit the Config.txt file for the asset. You'll get more information once you are shown to be a legit owner.

Sorry if this sounds mean, but we protect our program (game) from hackers and software pirates quite heavily here. So if you don't want to end up banned from the forums, please register in PLA as well as within the program.

If you have followed the correct procedure which is:

Click 'Planet Auran' tab at the top of this page, then the 'Serial Number' link from the left hand menu, then enter your serial number in the text box provided.

If that fails and you believe you have a valid unregistered copy of Trainz your next step should be to contact HelpDesk, again a tab at the top of this page...
