How do you re-skin a locomotive?

Hi guys. I am working on my first Download Station download in Trainz 12 and would like to put a new label, and re-paint the trains I am using for it. Does anyone know how to do this? Help would be greatly appreciated.

I'd suggest looking at the Content Creation subform and asking your questions there. First off you will need an image manipulation program like Photoshop or Paintshop, which you have to buy, or free programs like GIMP or Paint.NET. Then you will have to look for some reskinning tutorials which will help guide you through the basic steps.
