how do you make train content

hello, i have a quistion on how do i make train content, without aving to use gmax or trains content plus to confusing for me. i was trying to make some industries and rollingstock for my shortline railroad but dont know were to go to make stuff for it

were would i go 2 make industries and other models of loco's
