How do you get a Loco into your profile?

Hi everyone, I have noticed when reviewing the various questions on the forum, that most of you have a picture of a loco with your name. How do I get a loco on my profile? I have searched the "My Profile" option, but I can't find way to do it on there. Also, who decides your status - I am referred to as a Trainz Menber, while some of you have titles such as Trainz Veteran etc. Is there a black art to this, or is it simple ? Solution much appreciated.

Most profile editing options can be found by selecting Forum Actions > Edit Profile, including the Edit Avatar option.

Regarding the user titles, the default user titles (Trainz Member, Trainz Spotter, and Trainz Veteran) is post-dependent (the higher the amount of posts, the higher the ranking) - you can set a custom title through the Edit Profile option.
