How do I upload routes

How do I upload a route from Content Manager on TRS06 onto the download station, instead it just says it can not accept a load of dependencies because they are not mine. HOW DO I UPLOAD THE ROUTE!!

Ok, I haven't uploaded anything yet but as I understand it you upload the route not the dependencies unless it's for assets you have created.
I'm guessing you have bundled it all, route and dependencies into one cdp? all you need to do is upload the cdp for the route, anyone downloading it will get the dependencies automatically from the DLS, assuming they are all on there, if they are not and from somewhere else then you need to give instructions as to where to get them from.

Most of them are from the DLS, Does anyone know how to add a thumbnail for a route?

Make a jpg 240 x 180, call it (say) thumb.jpg put it in the route folder, then...

Yes...

...because .bmp takes a lot of bandwidth to upload.

Seeing that you want to hold on to that format, here is a handy utility for handling pictures, any picture, resizing, changing formats, etc...

It MUST be a .jpg - it will be rejected otherwise. Irfanview will allow you to convert.

Open it with irfanview, File > Save As > select jpg from the choices > use the default save options click save and thats it.

upload difficulties

I usually uploaded content via Planet Auran but at present, Planet Auran has a 'faulty Server Certificate' notice that blocks access to Planet Auran. I tried uploading from Content Manager but, despite having 'Citizens on Line' up and running and being logged in to the Forum, I received the 'Not logged in' notice. Has anyone any suggestions for upload success.

I have this problem very often.
What I do to solve the problem is: Close Content Manager, the game and the website. Wait till the demon has also closed completely (if not visible, just wait 1-2 minutes). Then restart Content Manager and try to upload again.

This usually solves it for me.
