How do I Replace Baseboard Image?

Sorry if this has been asked before but I can't seem to find the answer. I want to cover my baseboard with a flat 800x800 pixel image (it's an aerial photo I have). Is there an easy way to do that? I don't care much about displacement and elevation right now, I just want to cover the grid with a flat image.
