How do I make a HTML page?

I want to put HTML pages in to my sessions to make them more fun and interesting. So hence my post. How do I make a html page and add it to a session.

Click on the small '1' on the right hand top of this post behind the word 'blog' and you find the most simple solution to add a html file with instructions to a session that can be opened and closed as often as you wish.
