how do I get READING & NORTHERN TRS19 (post-2020) in TRS19?

I just got loads of new reading and northern engines in TRS19 but I can't find the route at all. Ive been looking for it hours on end but still can't find it. could some help?

I'm not quite sure what you are asking. Your title doesn't make sense.
If you are asking about bringing TRS19 content into TR2019, you need to use Content Manager.
If the assets are from a third-party site, download and then drag and drop the .cdp file into Content Manager or use the file menu and choose import Content Files...

If the files are packaged in .zip, .7z, or .rar files, you need to extract them first using WinRAR or 7Zip.
