That's something only N3V can do, and they don't do it very often.

Doesn't seem like there really is a need to close it. It isn't like you are on a recurring billing plan or anything. I doubt you could get a prorated refund for first-class tickets either unless there was an extremely rare extenuating circumstance. Just un-install and stop logging in.
Shane and the others are correct. There is no need to:
1) Announce in multiple threads that you are leaving and are coming back and leaving again maybe, but then feel like you may stay awhile...then perhaps you might leave but hang on more, so don't get any ideas!
2) Close your account. All you have to do is not show up and that's that. It's good to keep the account open anyway because you may not use the program now, but then in the future you'll want to come back here and ask questions. If you create a new forum login then things will get out of synch and you'll be completely confused.

Just delete us from your hard drive & don't show your face again.
If you really want to leave, it's easy, just don't log in again.
If you really want to make sure, throw your 'Trainz' disc/dvd/cd in the nearest furnace/bin or other
shredder type thing, use 'REVO uninstaller' to clean your Hard drive, switch off your computer, & stuff
your head where the sun don't shine.
That way, you will be sure that you will never post a "I'm back again" thread ...............

Regarding "say nothing at all" that would be a nice rule and reduce the congestion on the Internet.
