How do I back up TS2009 content>

Hi,
I've been doing a lot of work on some routes in TS2009 and I'm worried about losing them to accedental deletion or a computer problem etc. so whats the quickest and easiest way to back up my TS2009 custom content?

Copy your Local folder to another drive for a complete backup, or pull up objects in CM2, right click and save as CMP on another drive.
