how can i fix this

hi,
i got a problem with an A1 driver
i'm presently building a route when i give it a test run the A1 driver won't obey speed sign in the new sectoin i've made
he comes out of a 50kmph zone into a 70kmph zone and he says bugger it i'm only gunna do about 32kmph
tried moving speed signs no good
it's only happenning in the section i've recently built
the first 60kms of the the route they're behaving quite well obeying all speed signs
i can't say i've had this problem before
any ideas would be most greatful

32 is near enough half of 70. Any time the AI runs at half speed it is (or at least thinks it is) running under a yellow signal. Is the end of the new section signalled?

you hit the nail on the head andy
i did signal the end i'd finished
i'll see what happens when i get to my next crossing loop about 4kms
