hotfix 4 problem

hi guys i have installed hotfix 4 and all my jointed rail locos and some rolling stock are faulty
it says

Warning: An asset must be specified for tag 'hornsound'.
Error: Unable to link compiled script class.

and for the rolling stock it says this

Error: Unable to link compiled script class.

Try an extended database repair on this...this typically will clear these types of errors.

also all the profig trees are gone on my routes

Might want to post that on a general forum. Our content wouldnt have anything to do with pofig trees missing.
