Highland Valley Route... Possible for HO Layout?

I am thinking about modelling an HO layout based off of the Highland Valley route in Trainz. Does anybody have any info on the map in Trainz, and tips on how to successfully make an HO layout out of it? Info like diagrams, charts, measurements, etc. would be helpful.

Consider that, in N scale, one base board will fill a two car garage wall to wall.
