Hey guys i need help when i was on TGA Tools then i click engine there was no files to reskin a locomotive.

Hey guys i need help when i was on TGA Tools then i click engine there was no files to reskin a locomotive.

If you can't find any tga files for the locomotive, it's most likely that there are files with the .texture extension. There is a program that converts texture files into tga formats.
