I submitted a ticket and they didn't reply since the 16th of June 2015 06:14 PM

The helpdesk is very overwhelmed with tickets and they will respond...

However, I suggest checking your email as well in case you received a response. Sometimes junk mail filters munch helpdesk messages. :)

If you don't have anything in a couple of days, now that we're going into a weekend, check the ticket again. Keep in mind they don't work weekends and are located 14 hours ahead of us on the east coast.
