One option is to send a "ticket" into N3V's Helpdesk.
Otherwise you will need to give us a lot more information for us to be able to help you. Can you give us more detail about the error? Eg; a screen-shot of the error, or what the error is saying, or what you are doing leading up to the error appearing.
I assume you are trying to open "Content Manager". Is your TRS2006 patched to SP1? Can you let us know what your current build number is? (bottom left hand corner when you start TRS2006).
