Here is a quick recap of places to enter your Serial Number:
Just leave it for a while. Sometimes CMP makes your computer work a little harder than usual. If that doesn't work, try a reinstall or think about upgrading your PC.
Could you try to be a little more polite and a tad less rude? From what I know and have seen around here, people don't like it when rudeness sprouts up. The waffles come out...

- Content Manager: File - Settings - Internet. There will be a space to enter your Auran User ID and Password. Make sure that is filled out.
- Download Station: It will prompt you to enter your Auran User ID and Password if you have not done so yet.
- Planet Auran: www.auran.com Click on Planet Auran. Enter your Auran User ID and Password if you have not done so yet.
