if you have not registered your serial number, you cannot access the dls, (not my case though.) the serial number is located on the back of the disk manual.

ok, now, go to settings and make sure your planet auran user name and password are there (another spot you have to sign in at ) if so, i'd say that something is wrong. but if not, enter them and it should give you access.

Try this patch for the Download Helper. It's from the DLS and for TRS2004 SP2 or earlier.

Also, your first post was only this morning. Ask anyone around these forums and you'll realize the DLS if far from being quick and/or speedy when it comes to registration; don't blow your top so quickly and be patient.
