Paintshed is a very, very old out of date reskining program that is no longer available. (Thank goodness)

Do Paintshed assets even work in higher versions ?

Can one download the Free TRS2004 Paintshed Download (its on the internet), and get it to work in 09, 10, 12 ?

There are hundereds of thousands of Paintshed railcars that are perfectly great ... once you obsolete the default sliding paper doll cutout trucks.
