Help with upgrades

I am still running TRS19 on the original build 10024. I don't have any problems with it and works okay for me (except for a load of faulty assets that I have downloaded over time for which I have been told upgrading may fix). However I feel I should bite the bullet and do the updates to the latest build which I believe is 111951. I am reluctant as I have had problems with upgrades with previous versions of Trainz. Also I have noted through the forum pages others have had problems after doing upgrades for TRS19. Can anyone suggest the best way to go about doing these upgrades and playing safe. Do they have to be done in a certain order and should I back up my original version so that if I do have issues I can go back to it? I do regular backups of my contents files. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks in anticipation.

Go to My Trainz page and download a new install of TRS19. Locate the new build folder and replace it with a copy of your existing build folder (don't use the original). Redirect the new install to the copied folder.
