hello, around a few months ago i stopped playing ts 2012 for awhile, now i restarted playing and i installed the game, but when i click play is sais invalid serial, make sure its in english?
help with starting game

The first number in the patch you install must match your current build number, which is the 5-digit number at the bottom right of the Launcher screen.

For future situations, I suggest you make your own support topic, else you might end up not getting help once the original posters problem is solved.
However,
In this situation it sounds like solving your problem ends up getting the same advice:
On the start-up screen, the one with the 8 buttons, go to options. Look around in there and find the place to enter your username and password. On that same page, you will find a patch button. This should help you get your game to build 49922; you can find this number on that same 8-button screen in the bottom right corner.
Take it from there. If you have problems after this, please be as clear as possible in what you are experiencing and are trying to achieve. Good luck!

Sometimes this can be caused by certain characters. Make sure you have entered it exactly as it needs to be, if necessary copy it from the Serial Number page in your profile.
