Help with Paint Shed.

I have been looking through the forum but cannot find an answer to my questions. I have a copy of Trainz Paint Shed that I downloaded. Then I found out that I need TRS2004 in order to use Paint Shed to reskin any of my content (I have TC3). My question is this, if I buy TRS2004 will I be able to use Paint Shed to reskin the content I already have in TC3 and, will I be able to use the reskined content in TC3? I did read something about copying the Paint Shed folder into Bin folders which I did in my TC3 Bin folder but it didn't work. Can anyone please shed some light on where I may or may not be going wrong?

You can only use Paintshed to reskin the few templates that come with it.
It is really next to useless, you are better off cloning the loco you wish to paint, then use 'Gimp' or 'Photoshop' etc to alter the tga file.
