Help with HTML pages

Hi readers,
Can anyone point me in the right direction for help on how to create and save the HTML files needed for displaying during a session? I understand how to use them but not how to create them and where they are saved to.

This very subject was covered in a thread yesterday in the Surveyors, Operators and Engineers section of the forum. The thread was titled "HTML Display rules" and will give you just about all the information on this subject that you need for the time being.
