But I have done everything else and I can use utube so

We are aware of this issue, and have made some changes to improve the issue, however as this occurred late yesterday evening (AU EST), we were not able to work on this until our team is in the office. Please allow us some time to fully investigate this issue, and then work to resolve the issue. We are working to have this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
