C cascaderailroad New member May 24, 2011 #2 Some locos and cars are a texture file, that needs somthing @ Pev T2T2 (?) to open. Others are a bmp, jpg or TGA image. Free programs like Gimp, Paint.net, Irfanview ... etc ... are great for editing images. Steam locos are the hardest to reskin. Last edited: May 24, 2011
