I've registered my serial number, but the problem presite. The TS 2009 I said that my pc has passed all tests.I Already installed the latest Directx, already installed the drivers for my graphics card, and the problem persist
You sure? Because it isn't showing up next to your name on the forum where it does for other people who have TS2009 registered, like Shane.
Yes, I register with other e-mail, but the probleme is that? It´s because my TS2009 isn´t register with this e-mail?
If you're logging in here with a different username that would cause confusion, but if you have a legal serial number in your copy of Trainz it should run - IF you meet the minimum system specs. You can't really go by the trainzdiag.exe report since that's outdated, it will tell you everything checks out okay even if the hardware isn't new enough to run the game.

Run that and post the results, if you're trying to run trainz on a cheap laptop it won't work.
