Help Me Please (relates to TRS 2009)

IM SCREWED!!!!! HELP ME (relate to TRS 2009)
i finidhed dloading TRS2009, and in the end when Inter Download Manager started putting the parts together, the computer waaaaaaaaay slowed down, and the drive started being accesssed all the time.
i got the .exe , and tried to run it. NOTHING HAPPENED
i restarted (4 times) and the computer is still slow.
anyways. i opened the .exe wit WINRAR (i know sum about computers
) and i extracted the 3 files
now im installing TRS 2009
BUT my computer is running painfully slow still, and i cant open any programs with this computer
WHAT NOW?
ill report back when its done installing- EDIT ITS DONE INSTALLING. ill try playing it now
PS_ i have Kaspersky Internet Security 2009, and no viruses found anywhere on my lappy

as if thats not enuf, i get this when i try to run the Content aManager

btw that content manager not working also didnt work on TRS 2006. same problem

make you got the speed(ram) and HD space to run the game. also makesure your graphics card can handle the game.

never mind all that. i got trainz and CM2 working. TRAINZ 2009 FTW!!!!!!!!!!!
i get around 40fps on a n0ormal place, and 10fps in a heaviy populated place.
all at high settings
