Help? lost key did NOT register

Hi, I lost my key for ts2009, I don't have enough money to by trainz 12 and I was hoping that you someone could help me out

Send an email to the Helpdesk, see the link at the top of the page. Only they can sort out key issues.

I have done that and they dont seem to be responding

If it's a digital download you might be able to go into your purchase history and get the key otherwise you need the box or manual with it on. No other way as I know.

It's amazing how many people "lose" their serial #'s!

How does that happen, exactly?
