Help locating profig 3de speed trees

I already the follwing list of profig trees. Any idea where to download the rest of them. So far I have tried the Checkrail profig packs, the midwest grain pack, and the RBMN pack from JR. Any ideas?

That's worrying. Those of us who use pofig trees have always been concerned that they may one day disappear, preventing their use in future routes.
