Click to expand... Is this from a DVD or download? If it's a DVD, contact Auran (N3V) via the helpdesk and notify them. They will send you a new disc. If it's a download, ensure that you used a download manager to get the files because big files tend to corrupt when traveling over the internet. John

S shipboy New member Dec 19, 2010 #5 Thanks, I still cant Download due to The fact that i put in my planet Auran pass and username where it says i need it but it says its not right. Im fed up with downloads! Is there anyway to get a refund and get a Boxed version?!

Ensure that you are not typing with the caps-lock on and are not mixing up the case. Contact the Helpdesk for assistance. The helpdesk admin can help you reset your password if necessary. I don't know about swapping from download to boxed set. John

So if you typed it right to get in here, the password should work in the CMP and Planet Auran. John
