HELP! HD crashed, lost download

HD crashed, lost download -- Solved

Due to some vague cause my HD stopped altogether and had to be replaced, nothing could be recovered. I had downloaded TS2009 and not yet moved it to a safe place.:'( How can I get another download without paying double? I am registered.

I am sure that you can simply redownload it , your serial number should be in your profile ?

Might try it until someone else offers another solution .

At present downloading through FTP, which seems to be working ...
Had to log in to the Auran site and get FTP details (username and password). After that set up FTP connection with username and password and download from site: ../Secure/trainz/TDD020
