You don't seem to have linked the bogie frame components to b.r.main and judging by what little I can see in your screenshot, I think you may have a scale problem. Did you apply the dummies in top view.

Delete all the dummies, check that your scale is correct and reapply the dummies in top view with the front of the bogie facing up, animate the wheel dummies (don't animate the wheels), then link every wheel set to the correct dummy and then link all the dummies and every bogie frame part to b.r.main.

Come back ant tell us how it went.

Have you checked it in game? Sometimes animated meshes will look weird in mesh viewer but function fine in the actual game.

the result is same,i have linked every bogie part to b.r.main and i animated the dummies, but the result is same,i dont know what the problem
is the scale take effect with the animation?i dont know the scale, and how to fix it?

note: i have use dummies from another bogie mesh and the result is same

Your wheel meshes and/or dummies may be not be oriented correctly and may need to be reset so they don't think they are scaled or rotated. I use Blender so I don't know the equivalent command.

but i have test with another dummy from another mesh

Then the meshes have been repositioned or rotated. Unlink everything a do a 'Reset XForm' on the meshes and the dummies, relink afterwards. It will be OK then.

I've had a look at your mesh and you have a major problem. Your poly count is 73,3722 and your verts 32,084. I can export the wheel sets OK but the exporter refuses to export the bogie frame. Your wheels export in the correct position but that is as far as I can get.

Breaking it down:-
Each wheel is 366 polys.
Each axle is 216 polys.
The frame is 69,456 polys.

Send me a PM with your email address and we can keep in touch that way.
