I am having an issue with downloading this route for Trainz 19 and it says in Trainz Content Store: "Not Available". How do I fix this problem?

Which particular Healesville "1910's" are you referring to?
Healesville 1913-1920 or Healesville 1913-1920 TRS19?
The TRS19 version requires that you have TRS19 SP3 or later (Build 111951 or later).
I could be wrong but I think the very first version for TANE was named Healesville 1910s but it was updated and renamed later. I remembered being confused myself. @ZecMurphy is the one to ask as he made it.
In the "Purchased" tab - simc:SC236 - Healesville 1910s. It is advisable to install everything from the "Purchased" tab.

My build is 117026.
That is from Steam. There is a problem with some/all?? DLC downloads for Steam users - specifically Steam does not tell N3V who has purchased Trainz and can therefore download from the DLC.
The solution: Raise a ticket at N3V Support (link at the top of this page) so that they can manually check if you have purchased Trainz from Steam.
