has anyone reskinned an RS3 to look like this?

I just checked out his profile and get this... it says his last activity was supposedly January 1st, 1970. How is that even POSSIBLE when he didn't join until 2006? Oh well, I would suppose that his account is messed up...

Well, sorry to hear that we can't continue this project. I will keep what I have done so that it can be finished and released if by some miracle you get a hold of him. Otherwise, for all purposes and intents, this project is on hold.
