Happy Fourth of July to all that salute the Star Spangled Banner!

It seems like just yesterday, that I posted this video, last year ... Don't light anything off ... that I wouldn't ... have a safe & sane 4th of July !

Rule #1: Do NOT hand in hold (or you'll blowed off yer' fingers) !

Rule #2: Lit fuse, and git' way !

Rule #3: Git' someone else to light them off fer' ya' (den' dare' fingers will git' blowed off) !

I once found a round ping pong ball size orb (obviously a fireworks, dud) I surmised that it was a smoke bomb ball ... I stuck a fuse in it ... It dint' go off ... I tried repeatedly ... It still dint' go off ... I cracked it open wit' a ball peen hammer, and struck a match to the powder .... WHAM-O, Ka-Blooie ! An orange mushroom cloud went off ... the flash powder made a 3 foot ball of flame ... all my arm hair was sindged off (and smelled like burnt hair) ... my eyebrows got blowed, clean off ... luckily I had closed my eyes in the fireball ... It was a Cherry Bomb ... not to be confused wit' a Smoke Bomb !

We went under the Rockville bridge at 4:36 AM, on a Saturday morning ... and I stopped the car in the tunnel, and threw out a M-80 (the one's wit' a fuse stickin' owt' da' end) ... I stepped on the gas ... the car stalled owt' ... the M-80 bounced off da' wall, and continued to roll backwards downhill, back towards de' car ... duck & cover ... Ba-BOOM-Ba ... BOOM-Ba ... BOOM-Ba ... BOOM-Ba ... BOOM-Ba ... BOOM-Ba ... the reverberation echo seemed to go on forever, in the tunnel ... My friend shouted out: "OMG ... It's the end of the world" !

Ah...the worst part for me was getting to work through the "after the fireworks" traffic!

 A national celebration of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, demonstrated by a recreation of the Second Amendment!

I stayed home and watched Katy Perry!
