Hi Linda:
It actually did snow here (South Florida) in the earlty 70's. Just enough to see and my wife tried to get me out of be bed to see it but I spent 2 years in Alaska so I've seen enhough to say the only place I want to see snow is in a snocone and ice in a mixed drink, lol.

It is finally 25 minutes into the 16th here in Norway, and I still have not baked a cake for my self...
So sorry, can't share it with you.
But, if you come by in about 10-12 hours, I have a cake you can have.
I hope at least. :udrool:
Snow is long gone, went already by late April, was some white stuff on the ground yesterday though, for like a couple of minutes :hehe: - hailstorm and thunder...
If I could, I would have had all of you over, just to brighten my day, seems like every decade it's sadder and more feel of, can't anyone make me feel special at least on this day.
This Forum has every year helped bring that feel when I visit, but hey, I can't spend all day in here, can I? :hehe:
Ten years ago my husband Tore sent me up here we now live in this old cabin to do some carpentry on a hallway and a new entry we where building while he was at work for the Air Force where he used to be - I love carpentry but not on my birthday...
But, it have made me remember it for 10 years, guess I will do that same for today, except, some lovely people has put some extra brightness into my day, thank you!!
I love the Trainz forum, you are the sunshine in my day most of the time, thanks guys!!
Getting older, thinking more, feeling more, more sadness.
Even my younger sister which we had a half an hour with today when we went by the airport just to say hi seem to have forgotten me, she said nothing, and usually she text me a SMS a minute past midnight...
Darn my family make me feel old and forgotten.
Make me wonder if they all acting, but
Anyway, gloomy, sad, I Should be joyful, happy, in good spirit, I shall try my best!
In four days another book about my favorite area is released, and the authors has said yes to let me buy a autographed issue of it, cool, can't wait!!
Tomorrow I have the pleasure of waking up to another decade...
Hmm, I try that again.
Tomorrow I can bake a lovely cake for my self!
Yeah, no, work, me making it, hmm, not the same...
Hmm, another go.
Tomorrow I wake up, visit the Forum, and some online friends have written something and I break out a big smile - oh yes, that will do it!
Beside, I still hope to see the smile of the guy in Chicago wondering a little about this Viking here - I still like him, but he is safe from me, lucky fellow!
