Hello all,
Yes, I am now a day older then yesterday, and of course, a year older, and according to my mom, also about 19 hours older as I was born at nighttime.
And, it still is 16th of June here in Norway, and yes, I did make my self a small chocolate cake in our little almost primitive kitchen here at the cabin I have to call home...
Got a little burned though, but suits the situation I guess - but the taste is still there so I'm happy.
I also got my self a birthday present I did not expect to get today, a book I bough last week from USA, a Cripple Creek one of course from 1904, a special New Years Edition from a Newspaper.
Three hundred and eighty five dollars poorer, but having access to info I most likely never ever will see again richer, I'm happy!
It was a nice birthday present from my self - and yes, I got some inspiration from it, and if I can hold on to it, it might bring a new old small mine to Trainz from way back in time.
Either way, thank you all for the great warm feel you bring - and have brought me - it is greatly appreciated!
And yes Ben, it is nice to be creating a little again, same to you Rick - and all those others.
William, thank you for the fun comment, I will pick you up and whisk you off to 1937 the moment I found a way to get back to our time again. LOL
