Grain Loading using AI

I am a trainz user of very limited skill all of my layouts are run in AI schedules.

I am trying to use one of the MEGASapper or Bendorsey Grain_complex_ s in my layout - I find that I cannot Drive To or Navigate To any of them using AI in either TR12 or T:ane.

The asset icon shows up in the schedule bar but the the loco just stops at that point. The complex works driving manually but it would be nice to use the assets in my AI schedules

Any ideas welcomed

In your drivers schedule are you following the Drive To <name of industry> or Navigate To <name of industry> commands with a Load command?

Hi Again,

I have tried Drive To <name of industry> and Navigate To <name of industry>commands with a Load command without success, It seems to me that whatever an industry uses to identify itself as a target is missing or not working in these grain assets - I could use another but these assets seem to blend in with the period that my layout is based on. At the moment I am getting around it by adding a track marker with a load command
on the asset track it would be nice to have it working properly with these nice assets

I use the USA 04 and CNR Dwarf signals

Hi Guys

I was using <kuid2:439337:101175:1> Which forms part of a series of grain facilities by MEGASapper or Bendorsey Grain_complex_ s in my layout the problem was that the loco could not find them in Drive/Navigate to any of this series in either TR 2012 or T:ane. I tried several combinations but the commands just stopped the consist. I cannot find out how the consist finds any target industry.
I have modified my layout to use Jacobs Grain and Flour which is working fine - so not problem now.

It is a shame that I needed to as the MEGASapper or Bendorsey Grain_complex_ s are great interactive assets!

Thanks for your interest!

Join a section of invisible track to the attached bit of track and then delete it. Place a multiple industry new track over the area of the track and name it as the facility and use this for you load and unload.

Doing that is the solution I had to use. But be warned, is tricky, because when you attach tracks to the new MIN, you may attach them to the old industry and you have to start all over again. Finally, I had to set the new MIN away from the old one and attach tracks there, then move everything carefully to be over the old one and check it works (It should).
