i am missing 1 dependancey on all of the gp38-2's from uslw can anyone help me with this issue

I searched the Download Station and that is an EMD 12-645E non-turbo engine sounds. Basically, it's the sound of a diesel engine. It is made by Wulf9 and the original download rate is 2.26 MB (megabytes).
