Getting turntable arrows to stay on the screen?

What's the trick to getting turntable arrows to stay on the screen?
I move towards them and they almost always disappear.
What's up with that?

Thanks,
Al

OK. I think I figured it out. I zoomed all the way in and then I changed to overhead view. Then I had to make sure I clicked in the middle of the curly arrow. That worked.
Is that the only way to keep the turntable arrows from disappearing?

Download kuid:131986:1007 and kuid:131986:1012 Move turntable and Input Table.
Name the turntable (Depot)
Add the input Table to the rules and check the move turntable command in the drivers command selection.
Edit the input table and add turntable name exactly as shown turntable,Depot,4 The number equals the number of tracks leading onto the turntable starting at 0. The smallest would be 2 and some large ones are 24.
In driver set up select the move turntable command and select the number of places to move.
You will need a TM with a very small radius on the turntable for the driver to drive to followed by wait 5 seconds and the move command.

I also had some turntable problems but as you said, overhead view and shifting the camera left or right solves the issue.

Thank you stagecoach. I will tuck this away for future use.

I have a small route with a session on the DLS that demonstrates the use of turntables by AI.
The session is kuid2:243294:100950:2 and the route is kuid2:243294:1088:1
After loading have a look at the input table, it is case sensitive, the first word (turntable) must be all lower case, the turntable name must be exactly as it is named on the route, and the number of stops must be as given in the turntable config.txt file. The entries in the input table are delimited by a comma and there are no spaces. You can also have a good look at the route while in surveyor to check the trackmark radius, speed signs and signals.

Cheers,
