On a similar "wierd things on rails" note

These pics made me think a few things, Star Trek came to mind, not the new ones the old Capt Kirk ones. Then I thought of that Book/Movie Wild Wild West with the giant steam powered spider thing. Then maybe a civil war type battle platform.

Then I thought of Kennedy Space Center!

You know, the rail sytem they bring the shuttle out to the launch platform with! Has anyone tried to do this.

Could be a fun little scene!;)

Nope not yet, It wont be able to put on the DLS as it would breach the rules. It has taken a little longer as this one walks, and fires the beam which I thought might be more use to you, if you PM your email to me I will make sure you get the first working copy. I will put it on my own site. I was trying to remember who did the Mars stuff, but of course it all got lost. Getting the three-legged aninmation working was a right pain. After this valve gear will be a walk in the park.

I am also going to make the 6 legged collecting machine, that will be "passenger enabled" probably using them as "fuel" ;)

and they are a little bigger than the first version (78193:666) at about 150 ft high!

I was just thinking Dreddman, that skull 'n' crossbones would make a brilliant railroad logo for a reskin. White on a black loco or something. A DD40 would look neat like that. The Sawbones Railroad? DWARF's the real world LOL! had to make a H2o stop 32 wheels :rolleyes: so far and everything weighs in ( 2 Loco's 3 sets of bogies ) around 32K polys so it is frame friendly LOL!.........Hope Santa brings me a Deckgun for CHRISTMAS!...........Have a Good One Everyone...............................:D
