General problems post install

I am having several problems having moved to Trainz 2009;

My build is 38669, which apparently won't patch?!

And my Content Manager constantly deletes trains that I download claiming it can not find assets when I download them seperately and can see they are available.

Much help required please!

Build 38669 is the just trains version which i also have.

Many thanks, update has finally worked now all I need is for content manager to actaully download things and I'll be a happy bunny
