There is a object called 'Subway Take-Away Sign' in TS12.

It is a Repco sign with Subway logo under it, meaning there is a Repco store with a Subway restaurant next to it.
There is actually a Repco and a Subway next to each other in Modbury, SA, AU

The author may have shortened the name so the asset is easier to find in the Surveyor List. Long names extend beyond the visible window and are sometimes difficult to see the complete name unless you, the user, hovers the mouse-pointer over the name.
